TN GIM postponed to Sept - for the third time. CM should give real reason for postponement despite big hype & supposed investments.
Reacting strongly to the third postponement of the Tamil Nadu Global Investors Meet to September 2015, DMK Treasurer M. K. Stalin demanded that Chief Minister O. Panneerselvam explain the genuine reasons behind the embarrassing decision. Stalin noted that despite intensive promotional roadshows, extravagant advertisements, and claims of securing substantial industrial MoUs, the state administration had repeatedly failed to host the event. He remarked that shifting summit dates three consecutive times demonstrated sheer administrative incompetence and confirmed that prospective global investors lacked faith in the state's current governance stability. Stalin pointed out that Tamil Nadu was suffering from crippling infrastructural deficiencies, power outages, and administrative bottlenecks that no amount of cosmetic public relations could mask. He reminded the ruling regime that industrial capital flows toward destinations offering stability, transparent approvals, and dependable infrastructure, all of which were absent under the AIADMK administration. Stalin urged the Chief Minister to come clean before the legislative assembly and the public regarding the actual investor participation figures instead of staging repetitive media deceptions while youth face escalating unemployment and vanishing job opportunities throughout the state.
