DMK treasurer M.K. Stalin achieved a major milestone in digital political outreach on August 30, 2015, by officially announcing the launch of the dedicated 'M.K. Stalin' mobile application across all major smartphone operating ecosystems, including Android, iOS, and Windows. Stalin invited citizens, youth, working professionals, and party volunteers across Tamil Nadu to download the app and establish direct, unmediated communication with him.

The mobile application was designed to revolutionize political accessibility by offering a comprehensive digital bridge between leadership and the electorate. Users could browse detailed constituency updates, track legislative interventions, access policy documents, and directly lodge localized civic grievances, infrastructure complaints, and constructive policy suggestions. Stalin noted that in an age characterized by rapid technological connectivity, political representatives must dismantle bureaucratic ivory towers and place themselves at the fingertips of the people they aspire to serve.

Stalin emphasized that the initiative reflected the DMK's enduring commitment to transparent, modern, and participatory democracy. He assured users that their feedback would be reviewed systematically by dedicated secretarial desks, ensuring that citizen concerns actively shape legislative strategies and future administrative agendas across Tamil Nadu.
