DMK treasurer M.K. Stalin took part in extensive interactive sessions with student innovators, social entrepreneurs, and young policy enthusiasts at the Puthuyuga Sirpikal youth conclave on September 11, 2015. Highlighting the initiative under the campaign banner #Ideas4TN, Stalin commended the rich diversity of innovative ideas, technological suggestions, and grassroots reforms submitted by participants to guide Tamil Nadu's economic and civic trajectory over the coming decade.

The youth delegations articulated actionable proposals covering sustainable urban mobility, modernizing rural healthcare delivery through telemedicine, establishing district-level incubation hubs, and overhauling educational curricula to align with global industry standards. Stalin noted that these forward-looking concepts reflected deep popular frustration with five years of policy paralysis, bureaucratic apathy, and infrastructural decay under the ruling AIADMK administration, proving that the younger generation was impatient for progressive governance.

Stalin assured the young innovators that their contributions would not remain theoretical exercises. He directed the DMK manifesto drafting committee to study these grassroots proposals thoroughly, pledging that a future DMK administration will create institutional channels for youth participation in administrative governance and democratic policy design permanently across the state.
