Undertaking extensive ground-level disaster relief operations across severely inundated regions of the northern coastal belt, DMK treasurer M.K. Stalin personally visited flood-ravaged villages and urban settlements in Cuddalore, Puducherry, and Villupuram districts to distribute essential relief kits to thousands of devastated families. Walking through waist-deep mud and waterlogged streets, Stalin consoled weeping residents who had lost their homes, livestock, standing agricultural crops, and life savings to the relentless monsoon floods.

Stalin oversaw the distribution of comprehensive emergency relief packets containing dry food rations, drinking water, clothing, bedsheets, mats, and essential medicines mobilized by DMK party units, youth wing volunteers, and civil defense teams. He expressed deep distress over the acute isolation of interior rural habitations in Cuddalore, where floodwaters had washed away culverts and submerged agricultural fields under thick silt, leaving villagers without food or potable water for days due to the total absence of government relief machinery. Stalin commended the tireless dedication of DMK cadres who were operating rescue boats and community kitchens. He pledged that the party would stand shoulder-to-shoulder with the affected population until every damaged home was restored and livelihoods rebuilt.
