Stalin pointed out that while the ruling regime avoided professional scrutiny, the DMK actively sought expert medical counsel to craft its election manifesto guarantees. He assured the participants that an incoming DMK administration would provide robust budgetary allocations for public health, modernize government hospital laboratories, expand medical research facilities, and ensure transparent, merit-based career advancement for all medical and paramedical personnel across Tamil Nadu.
