Urging tech employees, young professionals, and digital innovators across Tamil Nadu to participate in policy formulation, DMK treasurer M.K. Stalin invited the public to watch the Namakku Naame IT Professionals Town Hall live across Periscope and YouTube. Stalin noted that the DMK's digital outreach aimed to bridge the gap between traditional statecraft and the aspirations of the fast-growing technology workforce, ensuring that public policies reflect modern workplace dynamics.

Stalin highlighted that the town hall meeting, organized along Chennai's IT corridor, provided an open platform for software engineers, product designers, and tech researchers to voice concerns on career security, urban infrastructure, and digital entrepreneurship. He pointed out that while the AIADMK administration remained isolated from young professionals, the DMK actively sought their intellectual inputs to draft a forward-looking digital agenda for the state. Stalin encouraged online viewers to send their suggestions and questions through social media channels, asserting that participatory democracy relies on active citizen involvement. He affirmed that the DMK is dedicated to building an innovative, inclusive knowledge economy that provides rewarding career opportunities for educated youth across all regions of Tamil Nadu.
