DMK treasurer M.K. Stalin spearheaded an extensive door-to-door election outreach campaign across key central and southern Chennai constituencies, personally walking through streets and residential colonies in Egmore, T. Nagar, Harbour, and Saidapet. Engaging directly with shopkeepers, domestic workers, senior citizens, and young professionals at their doorsteps, Stalin distributed copies of the DMK election manifesto and sought their valuable mandate for party candidates.

During his walkabouts, Stalin highlighted the acute neglect suffered by Chennai's core urban neighborhoods under five years of AIADMK rule. Residents voiced distress over erratic drinking water supply, overflowing sewer lines, neglected stormwater channels, and high property taxes. In commercial centers like T. Nagar and Sowcarpet in Harbour, small traders complained about commercial stagnation and lack of civic parking infrastructure. Stalin explained the DMK's specific manifesto guarantees, including modern multi-level parking lots, decentralization of corporation grievance redressal, revitalization of traditional retail markets, and comprehensive underground drainage overhauls. He contrasted the DMK's open, accessible leadership style with the remote and barricaded functioning of ruling party ministers.

Stalin appealed to the electorate to vote decisively for DMK to restore civic excellence, accountability, and development in Chennai.
