He highlighted key civic priorities for his renewed term, including modernizing drinking water supply networks, completing comprehensive underground sewerage connections, upgrading government schools with smart classrooms, and strengthening primary healthcare centers across all municipal divisions. Stalin noted that during his previous tenure, he had maintained an open, accessible constituency office, personally addressing civic grievances and monitoring civic works regularly. He assured residents that he would remain their steadfast representative, tirelessly championing local infrastructure development and citizen welfare both inside the Assembly and on the ground.
