Vijayabaskar and everyone linked to massive cash distributions in RK Nagar. Stalin noted that search operations conducted across dozens of locations had unearthed extensive incriminating evidence, including documented distribution schedules linking senior cabinet members to voter bribery. He stressed that state investigative agencies lacked the independence to investigate sitting ministers impartially.

Stalin explained that the credibility of constitutional checks and balances was on trial. When public officials divert resources intended for state health and welfare toward corrupt electoral engineering, federal investigative agencies must intervene decisively without political hesitation. The opposition leader noted that ordinary citizens expect rigorous legal accountability, not bureaucratic cover-ups or procedural delays designed to protect influential ruling figures.
