Stalin described the ruling administration as a compromised dispensation that lacked moral legitimacy and neglected public welfare while clinging desperately to executive power. Stalin stressed that the DMK would stand shoulder to shoulder with ordinary citizens, working-class communities, students, and farmers who had taken to the streets to protest administrative negligence. Whether fighting acute drinking water scarcity, unaddressed agrarian devastation, or widespread institutional corruption, the opposition was prepared to lead peaceful democratic agitations across Tamil Nadu. The state, he observed, had suffered immense developmental stagnation under an unrepresentative cabinet that prioritized factional self-preservation over the constitutional rights and economic progress of the public.

The opposition leader declared that dedicated DMK cadres would work tirelessly among the people in every neighborhood and village. Stalin affirmed that the collective democratic struggle would dismantle the illegitimate proxy administration and restore dignity, integrity, and progress.
