Stalin noted that the remarkable public turnout, spanning every district, demonstrated widespread grassroots outrage against policies dismantling the state's hard-won medical reservation framework. Ordinary citizens, trade unionists, educators, and youth braved heavy police restrictions to assert that higher education admissions must remain grounded in state curriculum and social equity. Decades of progressive educational reforms had democratized medical admissions for rural learners, and citizens refused to see those gains dismantled.
