DMK working president M.K. Stalin delivered an inspiring valedictory address on September 6, 2017, at the platinum jubilee conference of Murasoli daily in Chennai. Presided over by DMK General Secretary, Professor K. Anbazhagan, the grand gathering witnessed participation from leaders across various political parties and social movements. Throughout turbulent political eras, including the harsh censorship of the Emergency, the newspaper consistently stood as an uncompromising bastion of rationalist thought, social reform, and federal rights. It was not merely a newspaper but an enduring political classroom that shaped generations of public servants and progressive cadres.
