DMK working president M.K. Stalin expressed serious concern that the state police force had become inert due to the ongoing factional power struggles within the ruling AIADMK administration, leaving law enforcement disorganized and citizen protection severely compromised.

Stalin highlighted that escalating incidents of sexual violence, muggings, and murders targeting women have created an atmosphere of fear and vulnerability across urban centers.
