2022 செப்டம்பரில் தொடங்கப்பட்ட தகைசால் பள்ளிகள் (சிறப்புப் பள்ளிகள்) திட்டம், தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்ட அரசுப் பள்ளிகளை ஸ்மார்ட் வகுப்பறைகள், ஆய்வகங்கள், இணைப்பாடச் செயல்பாட்டு வசதிகள் போன்ற நவீன உள்கட்டமைப்புடன் தனியார் பள்ளி தரத்திற்கு மாற்றுகிறது. இதனுடன் இணைந்த மாதிரிப் பள்ளிகள் கூறும் அறிமுகப்படுத்தப்பட்டது. டெல்லியில் ஆய்வு செய்யப்பட்ட பள்ளிக் கல்வி சீர்திருத்தங்களை இத்திட்டம் அடிப்படையாகக் கொண்டது.
