On 23 December 2021 the Stalin government launched the Chief Minister's Dashboard, a digital platform for real-time monitoring of welfare-scheme implementation, crime statistics, water levels and other administrative indicators. It was paired with grievance-redressal mechanisms such as Ungal Thoguthiyil Mudhalamaichar.

The dashboard was presented as a governance-modernisation tool aimed at data-driven monitoring and faster public-grievance redressal.
