Launched on 1 March 2022, Naan Mudhalvan ("I am the Leader") is a skill-development and career-guidance scheme for college students and youth, offering training in areas such as spoken English, coding and emerging technologies. The programme aimed to reach about 10 lakh young people each year.
1 மார்ச் 2022 அன்று தொடங்கப்பட்ட நான் முதல்வன், கல்லூரி மாணவர்கள் மற்றும் இளைஞர்களுக்கான திறன் மேம்பாடு மற்றும் தொழில் வழிகாட்டுதல் திட்டம்; பேச்சு ஆங்கிலம், குறியீட்டு மற்றும் வளர்ந்துவரும் தொழில்நுட்பங்கள் போன்ற துறைகளில் பயிற்சி அளிக்கிறது. இத்திட்டம் ஆண்டுதோறும் சுமார் 10 லட்சம் இளைஞர்களை அடைய நோக்கம் கொண்டது.
Significance
The scheme is a flagship youth-employability initiative of the DMK government, linking higher education to industry-relevant skills.
